This is also not because our server’s IP is block by Youtube. Ever since two weeks ago when youtube had changed the way they the videos were being loaded. The official powertool videograbber from phpmotion had stop functioning for Youtube.
Since it looks like the phpmotion team is dropping the support for their videograbber. We had developed our own Youtube grabber to give the video fetching capability back.
